PHL, Inc. Kicks Off Project to Assist Historic Ville Neighborhood and Student-Athletes

Beginning next fall, football at Sumner High School will take on an entirely new look. Through the generosity of the St. Louis Rams and the Anheuser-Busch Foundation, PHL, Inc. is undertaking the construction of a new outdoor athletic complex for use by Sumner’s student-athletes and the entire Ville community.
